The spirit is high during a long day working together, family and all.  Everyone understands the importance of this step for the quality of the single vineyard wines….

We begin our experimentation of a barrel fermented Malbec. The grapes with the highest potential go in small batches to be fermented in a small oak cask. The oak, a natural vivid element, will embrace our grapes for a few weeks in a slow and gentle fermentation to bring the best out of them… we keep experimenting!!
